This is a collaborative project where I applied my expertise in food design, branding, and luxury packaging to create bespoke branded treats for the opening of a new Louis Vuitton store. In partnership with LV’s creative directors, my colleagues from the Special Projects team and pastry chefs from Demel, Vienna’s oldest patisserie, we designed these confections to reflect Louis Vuitton's iconic heritage while incorporating influences from Viennese pastry traditions.

Preserving Demel’s Legacy
December 2023
I undertook an in-depth research project to uncover and preserve the rich history of Demel, Vienna’s oldest patisserie. My work involved extensive archival research at national institutions, interviews with long-time patrons, and meticulous compilation of image data and visual references. This effort ensured that all future renovations and design projects would align seamlessly with Demel’s aesthetic heritage.
The project included:
- Collecting historical facts, stories, and anecdotes for use on Demel’s website and social media.
- Creating the first accurate timeline of owners, logos, and changes to Demel’s interior.
- Designing a user-friendly reference book to support future design initiatives while maintaining historical authenticity.

The future of home entertainment is virtual reality, and our physical environments will have to adapt to new lifestyles. SKY users will consume immersive content like documentaries, dramas and crime shows in 360° daily. But where will the headset go when it’s not in use?
The 360° HUB is the home for the headset. It discretely displays the headset while charging it and blends into any living room as a sleek side table. The table is made of recycled satellite dishes: the old technology housing the new.
